Active Ingredients

Mandarin Essential Oil is known as the sweetest and most calming citrus essential oil and may be one of the best essential oils to fight nausea and anxiety. Proven to help diminish the appearance of stretch marks and scars, relieve pain and even support cellular health, mandarin essential oil has also shown to brighten the skin, reduce insomnia and minimise stress.

Organic Vanilla promotes healthy skin and has soothing properties. It has also been recognised as a potent mood enhancer, an antioxidant and a calming agent.

Apricot Kernel Oil has a high Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) content which enables your skin to maintain its moisture balance. GLA also helps tone and firm up your skin, while Vitamins A and E slow down the signs of ageing. Hydrating and anti-inflammatory, it is a natural moisturiser for any type of skin.

Coconut Oil is primarily composed of saturated fats and contains medium-chain fatty acids, which not only help to repair the skin barrier and trap water in making it an excellent moisturiser, they also reduce inflammation. Its combination of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and hydrating properties makes coconut oil truly unique. Research has shown that from the use of coconut oil, skin hydration improves and surface lipids remain intact.

Raw Unrefined Shea Butter is full of all-natural Vitamin A. Raw unrefined Shea butter is extremely moisturising and very hydrating. When applied to the skin, it provides immediate softness and smoothness and it helps boost collagen production too.

Sweet Almond Oil is superbly rich in Vitamins E and D and minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. It also has a high content of Vitamin A and Oleic and Linoleic acids. Known for keeping skin soft and supple, sweet almond oil is safe even for those with very sensitive skin. It soothes irritated skin and can help restore the normal pH of the skin. Its light texture absorbs easily into the skin, keeping it moisturised for longer. Thanks to its strong antioxidant properties, it produces a firming effect on the outmost layer of the skin, making it glow and feel revitalised.

Raw Cocoa Butter is ultra-hydrating and high in powerful antioxidants. Raw cocoa butter isn’t heated to very high temperatures, retaining the healthy fats and other compounds found naturally in cocoa beans, which deeply hydrate and nourish the skin.

Innately Self-Preserving

This luxurious scrub does not contain any water, therefore does not need any broad spectrum preservative. Please try and avoid letting water in by using the bamboo spoon which comes with it, this will allow longer shelf life.

Determined to avoid synthetic thickeners, stabilisers, solvents or binders, we have made this product so easy to apply thanks to a special technique, which gives it its light consistency. For this reason, the texture of our all-natural Brown Sugar Body Scrub may be subject to the temperature of the environment it is stored in. Please try and keep it at a temperature below 25 degrees to maintain its pampering feel and consistency.

Directions

To start off your bath or shower massage gently with circular movements onto dry skin for a deeper scrub or onto wet skin for a more delicate exfoliating feel, paying particular attention to elbow, knees and heels.

Rinse thoroughly while enjoying your bath or shower, preferably just with water. We advise to avoid the use of soap or shower gel after our scrub, to maximise the benefits of its precious natural oils.
